If you receive an email or SMS that you do not recognize or that appears suspicious, please do not access any URLs contained in the message and do not enter your ID, password, or any other sensitive information on such websites. Delete the message immediately.

If it is difficult to determine the authenticity of a message based solely on the subject line or content, please access the official website directly and verify the information in the notification section after logging in.
